Refund Policy -
Damaged items

Products that are flawed and are not as described may be exchanged for a replacement item. A return label will be sent to you, and a replacement item will be sent once the returned item is received. If the item is out of stock, then once the ball is returned, you will be refunded. You have 3 business days to submit a claim for a return once you receive the item(s). All other items are not eligible for a return.

Unwanted items

If you are returning an item that is unwanted, there is a 20% restocking fee. You have up to 30 days from purchase to initiate a return.
